How to earn your FREE Wedding Package at Majestic hotel?

Purchase 15 rooms for a 7 night stay or 105 room nights

and our Majestic Wedding Package is FREE.

Required Documents for ceremonies:

– Symbolic: copy of your marriage certificate / marriage license

– Catholic: please inquire your wedding coordinator

– Civil:

• Photocopy of birth certificate + translation in Spanish and legalization
• Single status declaration + translation in Spanish and legalization
• Original divorce decree / widowhood cert. (if applies) + translation in Spanish and legalization
• Photocopy of passports (couple and 2 witnesses – non relatives)

Documents to be legalized by the Dominican Embassy / Consulate in your Country (except passports)

Couples will bring all the original documents with them to the hotel and those won’t be given back

to couples since the Judge will keep them for their records.

*If you come from USA or a European Country part of La Hague agreement your documents must also be Appostilled (All except for passports)

Private Reception Party Options

The following options are available to be added to your private reception dinner or for those groups having

their non private dinner in one of our restaurants but wanting to have a private party afterwards to add the

perfect touch! A great way to thank your guests for joining you on this special occasion!

We offer the following locations: Parrots Bar, Wet Bar, Beach or Ballroom. These locations are available to be

booked between 6:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. Please note all events must finish by 11:00 p.m. in all open air

locations. Our Disco opens at 11:00 p.m. everyday to continue your celebration.

*Please note all private reception dinner/ party required of minimum of 20 guests and

minimum 2 hours event.

1) Private Reception Party (Custom) With the below options, you can rent one of our locations for a fee (3

hours maximum) and add your choice of drink package to create the perfect reception based on your needs.

This alternative is only available if purchased in conjunction with drink package.

Presidential Suite

Our Presidential Suite (Majestic Colonial) is also perfect for private events. Please contact your

wedding coordinator to confirm availability of the room. The rate to rent the room for one night will

be $1000.00 with a $500.00 non refundable deposit required at time of booking.
