DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE MARRIAGE

• A copy of the bride’s and groom’s passports.
• A copy of the witnesses’ passports. (Witnesses cannot be parents, and they should be over 18 years of age.)
• If divorced, divorce certificates.
• If widow (er), marriage certificate and death certificate of the spouse.
• If divorced or widowed.

These documents must be translated into Spanish and authenticated by the Cuban consulate in the country where they were issued.

Additional fees for notary service should be paid by guests directly in the hotel and should be consulted with the wedding coordinator. All documents must be sent by fax or e-mail to the hotel 30 days before the ceremony.
